The place was very clean, with friendly and polite staff, and the room had a super comfortable bed, plus the location was convenient near the Mercedes bus station making the stay fantastic.

My room included a dining area, a seating area, and a writing table. Shared bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to city center, the airport which happens to be the brother of the house owner, and Mercedes bus station. I spent 5 nights and would happily return.

Would have stayed for longer if in Yerevan. Nice comfy base for sightseeing and exploring Yerevan. - the budget king room overlooks inner courtyard and includes coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge, and a cooktop. - Hotel offers a wide array of food that was AMAZING.
